Going South Again by Car: 08.11.2019 Nuremberg

Nous prenons le petit-déjeuner ensemble à 9 h et restons longtemps à discuter, je montre aussi des photos de nos enfants et petits-enfants. Le petit-déjeuner est servi jusqu’à 10 h, ils débarrassent et nous sommes toujours là. Puis nous allons faire une promenade ensemble au lac. Il fait gris, un peu brumeux et froid, mais nous sommes à 700 m d’altitude. Et nous nous faisons nos adieux, en se félicitant mutuellement de cette rencontre. Anne et Moustapha sont les bienvenus « anytime » chez nous. Nous reprenons la route, sous la pluie. Notre but, aujourd’hui, est Nuremberg, où TomYann, le fils d’Anne (20 ans) habite. Nous espérons le voir ce soir ou demain matin. Anne et Moustapha ont un petit appartement qu’ils louent habituellement mais qui est libre en ce moment et qu’ils peuvent nous prêter, merci à eux. Anne a arrangé que nous puissions trouver les clés dans un restaurant italien au centre de Nuremberg. Nous trouvons bien grâce au GPS, prenons les clés, laissons la voiture dans un parking et allons nous installer, nous sommes très bien, c'est un joli studio bien aménagé. Nous prenons contact avec Tom Yann qui viendra prendre le petit-déjeuner demain avec nous. Je fais le blog pendant que Jens va faire quelques courses, puis nous allons diner à un restaurant indien, c’est bon, pas trop et végétarien, et en plus ils ont un bel aquarium. En rentrant je me mets à mon deuxième blog, pour aujourd’hui. Demain nous allons à Hambourg, 600 km, donc surement pas le temps de faire le blog.

We have breakfast together at 9 am and stay for a long time, talking, I also show pictures of our children and grandchildren. Breakfast is served until 10 am, they clear it and we are still there. Then we go for a walk together at the lake. It is gray, a little foggy and cold, but we are at 700 m above sea level. We say goodbye, congratulating each other on this meeting. Anne and Moustapha are welcome anytime at home. We take the road, in the rain. Our goal today is Nuremberg, where TomYann, Anne's son (20 years old) lives. We hope to see him tonight or tomorrow morning. Anne and Moustapha have a small apartment that they usually rent which is free at the moment and they can lend it to us, thank you to them. Anne arranged that the keys are at an Italian restaurant down town. We find it easily with the GPS, take the keys, put the car in a parking, walk to the apartment and put our stuff there, it'a a nice studio well furnished. I take contact with Tom Yann who’ll have breakfast tomorrow with us. I do the blog while Jens goes shopping, then we go to dinner at an Indian restaurant, it's good, not too much and vegetarian, and they have a nice aquarium. When I come back I start my second blog, for today. Tomorrow we are going to Hamburg, 600 km, so surely no time to blog.
