Beau, chaud et calme. Jens va acheter une bonne
baguette et nous petit-déjeunons au
soleil.
On va, on vient, on tourne
boire.

Beautiful, warm and calm. Jens goes to buy a good baguette and we have breakfast in the sun. He also found a laundry and we carry a big bag of laundry. The gentleman in the laundry doesn’t speak English, but he phones a lady and passes her to Jens and she tells him that the laundry will be ready tomorrow. We then cycle to the beach of Lepeda, two kilometers south of Lixouri. Nice beach and lots of well polished pieces of glass. We stay there long enough and then go back to the boat. Lunch, stillestund, it's very hot and we wait a bit before starting our second ride. Jens works and I make the blog. We start a little late, after 5 pm, Jens found a route through the interior and back through the same beach as this morning. The countryside is a mixture of cultivated land, very green and dry parts. Large houses, closed, are scattered everywhere, they are probably holiday homes. We roll, ride ... and we get lost. We don’t find a small road that Jens sees on his Google map. We go, we come, we turn (like Barbara's song) and finally we turn around and come back on the same road. It is 7 pm when we arrive in Lixouri and the night begins to fall. Gin and tonic to recover (again!) And diner at a nice cafeteria, of half a chicken, french fries and salad. It's funny, but often these restaurants have no dessert. Our dessert is a cappuccino taken in the square. Jens takes an ouzo, a mega-ouzo and I have to help him drink it.
